The results of the first issue of the PV Grid Parity Monitor, analysis conducted by strategy consulting company eclareon and supported by SMA, Saint Gobain, and Gas Natural Fenosa as main sponsors, show that photovoltaic grid parity (moment when photovoltaic LCOE becomes competitive with retail electricity prices, assuming that 100% of the electricity is self-consumed) is a reality in several of the cities analyzed in the report.
