The Business Consulting Team supported an international technology corporation in assessing the wind industry as a potential sales market by analyzing the market & competitive environment and market entry strategies as well as by identifying potential clients in Germany and Denmark. We presented an analytical overview of the relevant elements of the wind industry value chain and assessed the competitive environment in the market segments primarily targeted by our client. Based on this analysis eclareon organized a road show visiting selected German and Danish wind energy companies.
