Enabling PV in Afghanistan

On behalf of the German Development Agency eclareon researched and analysed in cooperation with the German PV associations BSW the business cases for solar power projects in the emerging market Afghanistan. The research covered both a qualitative description of the steps necessary to realise a solar power project as well as the modelling for the financing of the project.
