Market analysis and development of PV and small wind turbines

Building on the successful "ENABLING PV in Russia" project, eclareon is currently investigating the potential for the expansion of photovoltaics, small-scale wind power and the supplementary use of heat pumps in the two Russian regions of Ulyanovsk and Bashkortostan.

As in the previous project, the legal framework for the construction and operation of the plants as well as their financing options will be examined and the resulting economic efficiency of some case studies will be calculated. In close cooperation with the regional governments, pilot projects for various applications, ranging from a few kilowatts to several megawatts, will then be identified and developed together with local partners and German solution providers.

Two workshops, one in Ulyanovsk and one in Bashkortostan, are planned for the end of October in order to discuss the identified projects with local partners and to clarify implementation issues for implementation in 2020.
