EU Winter Package Impact Assessment

Study on technical assistance in realisation of the 2016 report on renewable energy, in preparation of the renewable energy package for the period 2020-2030 in the European Union

EU Winter Package Impact Assessment is the central of the European Commission for the preparation of the 2030 winter package. The objective of the project is a comprehensive analysis of

• an EU mechanism to achieve at least the 27% renewable energy target,
• EU wide measures and policies for mainstreaming renewable energy,
• Roadmaps for variable renewable energy electricity in the EU.

Eclareon contributes to these analyses by researching underlying data and leads the communication with representatives from the Member States as well as European institutions such as European Investment Bank (EIB).
