The Business Consulting team supported its client, a manufacturer for solar thermal systems, with the definition of the sales and distribution strategy and the identification of business development activities for the German market. Project tasks included an update of the customer’s marketing material and product documentation which were needed to initiate joint venture partnerships. The Business Consulting team used its network to facilitate these new partnerships, contacted several companies and organized meetings for the client.
