A family office intended to establish a diversified renewable energy investment portfolio by buying rights for land leases or by buying land with already built solar and wind power plants located in EU member states. The Business Consulting Team and the partner company Creara were contracted to support the family office in the assessment of investment conditions in Germany and Spain. This was achieved by performing interview series with landowners and by organizing meetings with some selected farmers to discuss the acquisition of projects.
