The Business Consulting Team advised a PV manufacturer about how to play a greater role in the PV market and in particular how to enter the downstream segment of the PV value chain in selected national markets. The team advised the client on changing the business model from manufacturer to EPC. Moreover, the team advised the customer on the geographic scope of his new EPC activities and on the commercial positioning including the evaluation of ´buy or build´ options in different target markets.
