Introduction of photovoltaic energy in the Ecuadorian shrimp farming sector

The objective of the project was to analyze the potential of and to facilitate first-mover activities for the dissemination of off-grid photovoltaic systems in the Ecuadorian shrimp farming sector.

The project was co-funded by the public funding program develoPPP.de of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). Together with the project partners IBC Solar and mentefactura, eclareon initiated this project by acquiring the funding and was responsible for its implementation.
