The Business Consulting Team supported a PV project development company to enter the British PV market. In the first phase of the project eclareon realized a study about the British PV market including the legal and economic framework as well as the competitive environment. In a second phase eclareon identified key market stakeholders and established the contact between them and the project developer. Finally, eclareon organized a roadshow for the customer.
