Anna Pobłocka-Dirakis works as a Senior Project Manager in the eclareon Policy Department. She is involved in several projects aiming at analysing the legal and political framework conditions as well as questions concerning grid connection, operation and development for RES. Aside from her mother-tongue Polish, Anna Pobłocka-Dirakis speaks fluently English and German and has a good knowledge of the Scandinavian languages.
In the framework of the project RES LEGAL Europe, Anna Pobłocka-Dirakis was responsible for the internal coordination of the research team as well as for the communication and cooperation with the project partners. Aside from her management responsibilities in the framework of the RES LEGAL Europe project, she is also responsible for the portfolios of Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Furthermore, she is involved in the analysis of current barriers for the development of renewable energies as well as existing investment risks in the context of the RE-frame project. Last but not least, she is actively involved in projects in Poland.
Anna Pobłocka-Dirakis holds a Master degree in Scandinavian Studies, Political Science and Eastern European Studies from both Humboldt and Free University in Berlin. Her Master thesis addressed the topic of deployment of electricity production from Renewable Energy Sources and Energy Policy in the Baltic Sea Region.
