Céline Najdawi works as a Project Manager in the eclareon Policy Department. She is involved in several projects aiming at analysing the legal and political framework conditions as well as questions concerning grid connection, operation and development for RES. Aside from her mother-tongue French, Céline Najdawi speaks fluently English and German and has strong skills in Arabic.
In the framework of the projects PV Financing and RE-frame, Céline Najdawi is responsible for the internal coordination of the research team as well as for the communication and cooperation with the project partners. Aside from her management responsibilities, she is also in charge of the research portfolio of France and Belgium for the projects RES Legal Europe, PV Financing and RE-frame. Last but not least, she is actively involved in projects in the Middle-East North African Region, such as the Enabling PV project, which provided an analysis of the emerging solar markets in Tunisia and in Jordan.
Céline Najdawi holds a Bachelor´s degree in German and English Literature and Civilization from the Institut Catholique de Paris, as well as a Master´s degree in French and German Trade and Management from the University of Cergy-Pontoise. Moreover, she holds a Master of Arts in Public and Private Environmental Management from the Freie Universität Berlin. Her last Master thesis focused on the chances and restrictions of solar power in Jordan.
