Mante Bartuseviciute works as a consultant in the Eclareon Policy Department. She is responsible for the research and analysis of climate and energy policies, as well as for questions regarding the framework conditions for renewable energies in Lithuania. She is working on the following projects: development of a 'Renewables Networking Platform' aimed at supporting and giving a platform for discussion and dialogue on RES policies for different market actors, such as local and regional authorities, renewable energy industry associations, etc., comparison of renewable energy support schemes as well as administrative procedures for project development and connection of RES installations, and comparison of statistical methods for recording decentralized electricity and heat supply from renewable energy sources in the European countries.
Mante Bartuseviciute is currently a student of MBA Energy Management at a joint program of Technical University of Berlin and EUREF Campus GmbH and she is focusing her master thesis on hydrogen integration and sector coupling. Before that she completed her bachelor’s degree in political science at Freie Universität Berlin. Her main fields of study were Energy and Climate Policies in EU. Mante Bartuseviciute has gained work experience in national as well as European organisations, for example as an employee of ENTSO-E in Brussels and a Scholar at the German Parliament.
Aside from her mother-tongue Lithuanian, Mante Bartuseviciute is fluent in English and German and has basic skills in Russian language.
