Oskar Vågerö works as Consultant in the eclareon Policy Department. He is responsible for the research and analysis of climate policies, as well as for questions regarding the framework conditions for renewable energies in terms of grid connection, grid operation and grid development in Sweden. Oskar Vågerö is a native speaker of Swedish, is fluent in English and has good knowledge of the French language.
In the framework of the RES LEGAL Europe project, Oskar Vågerö is responsible for the portfolio of Sweden. In the Renewables Networking Platform project, he researches and analyses the non-financial barriers for the deployment of RES.
Prior to his role at eclareon, Oskar Vågerö worked in Global Engineering Services for Elekta Instrument AB, a neuroscience and radiation therapy company. Simultaneously he has had roles within the student union council and as project leader for student opportunities in sustainability conferences at the organisation Sustainergies.
Oskar Vågerö is currently pursuing his master’s degree in Sustainable Energy Engineering at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
