Solaratlas
Solaratlas.de was an online service operated for companies and consultancy organisations in the solar thermal sector between 2006 and June 2026, providing comprehensive information on the German solar thermal market.
To this end, the Solaratlas processed the extensive database of funding applications from the national funding scheme ‘Market Incentive Programme (MAP)’ for low temperature solar thermal systems run by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWE), and made this available to interested users via a website.
Interactive search functions enabled users to monitor market developments on a regional level.
As no new data had been made available from the MAP database for several years, the service was discontinued at the end of June 2026.
